Refund Policy

At Instatel, we strive to provide the best eSIM services. However, due to the digital nature of our services, we have the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

• Cancel the eSIM from the APP by cancel button on purchased esim from Myesims.
• The eSIM must not have been activated or used.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Activated or used eSIMs cannot be refunded.

Refund Process

To request a refund, Please Cancel the eSIM from the APP by cancel button on purchased esim from Myesims. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
